Boat tour to the glacier ØKSFJORDJØKELEN

We organize boat tour to the glacier,  which is possible to look at from boat  in Jøkelfjord. This part of the glacier is also called "Jøkelfjordbreen".

Øksfjordjøkelen is Europe’s only iceglacier which calves directly into the sea. This phenomenon happens mostly during spring and summer.

Its surface ammounts 41 km² and its highest point is 1204 m above sealevel. The glacier  shows an impressing view from the sea.

The tour into the glacier would take about 10 minutes.  The tour depends on the weather.
