Terms and conditions of rental for
ANSI Turistservice AS

Reservation/Confirmation
Inquiry is sending to ANSI Turistservice AS  who answer it as soon as possible, usually 1 – 2 days.
Tenants reservation and oral confirmations are binding. By the first payment, the tenant declares that he/she agrees to and accepts the conditions of rental. We will also point out the fact that the holiday is not finally reserved until the first payment is registered.

Arrival and departure
The period of tenancy starts on the day of arrival at 15.00 and ends on the day of departure at the latest 10.00. As long as nothing else is agreed upon, the arrival must be before 8.00 p.m. (20.00) on the first day of the tenancy period.

Cost of rental/Extra service
Our prices are stated in NOK (= Norwegian currency) and covers the rent of the holiday house including bed-clothes, towels, freezer, electricity, heating, warm and cold water. We offer also boats for hire. The  boat have to be booked immediately.  Costal of boat includes outboard-motor and life vest, but not petrol. Petrol have to be paid after the consumption.

If there should be any changes in taxes, duties, licenses and changes rates, ANSI Turistservice AS  reserves the right to change the price relative to the increased costs. This does not give the tenant the right to cancel the rental agreement.

Number of guests
The holiday home is equipped and designed for the number of people that are stated here:

Hiet - 2 persons.                Rede - 2 persons.                Nyheim - 2 persons.                                                   
Naustet - 4 persons.                        

By agreement in advance, it is possible with 1 extra persons in some of the holiday houses. We encourage the tenant to respect that it could not be more people in our holiday home as stated here or as agreed. By rights we would send away the persons who are too much.

Payment
By ordering you will get a rental agreement and a respite (7 days) for the first payment, 20% of the booking fee (minimum NOK 400,-). The rest amount is due by 42 days before arrival at the latest. Bookings of less than 49 days before arrival must be paid completely 7 days after ordering.

The tenant declares that he/she has read and understood the current terms and conditions of rental when he/she pays the first instalment. If the tenant does not observe the terms of payment, ANSI Turistservice AS is not obligated to honour the agreement. No keys will be delivered unless the complete sum is registered by ANSI Turistservice AS.

Discount
By booking a cottage 6 months before your arrival, you get a discount of 3 % from the cottages price.

Cancellation and Alteration of tenancy
By cancellations/alterations the tenants have to pay a sum according to this rules:

Until 70 days before arrival: NOK 400,-
69 - 21 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental, minimum NOK 400,-
20 - 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental.
Later then 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total rental.
An inconsiderable alternation can be made upon payment of NOK 400,-.

All the cancellations/alterations have to be written (email, fax, letter) and are valid on the arrival to ANSI Turistservice AS. By illness, proved by a medical certificate, the tenants have to pay NOK 400,-.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance
We draw your attention to the fact that the contract does not include any form of travel or cancellation insurance. We therefore recommend insurance from your own insurance agency.
